3. If Moses had two ephahs of manna and gave three omers to Aaron and four omers to Hur how much did he have left?

One ephah and three omers.

Moses tended to give instructions regarding manna in terms of omers and ephahs (e.g. Exodus 16:32-36). An omer is one tenth of an ephah (Exodus 16:32). So starting with two ephahs we have
2.0 ephahs(starting amount) - 0.3 ephahs (Aaron's 3 omers) - 0.4 ephahs (Hur's 4 omers) =
1.3 ephahs = one ephah and three omers.
