The following are exam questions for this unit:

State the definition for the derivative of f(x).
State the definition for the definite integral of f(x) on the interval [a,b].
State the definition for the indefinite integral of f(x).
State the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus.
What is the average of f(x) on the interval [a,b]?
What is the definition for ln(x)?

You will be expected to use both Simpson's rule and the Trapezoid rule.

There will be at least four integration by substitution problems.

There is a practice exam, with answers.
